Rooted in community, each piece of jewelry was intentionally designed and thoughtfully made at their solar-powered workshop in Northern Malawi, celebrating those who make it and those who wear it. In addition, for every YEWŌ product sold they plant a tree in Malawi, creating a greener future for all.

All YEWŌ metals are nickel & lead free.
They use brass as our base metal (under the gold plating). Brass is a sustainable metal alloy comprised of copper and zinc. Today almost 90% of all brass in the world is recycled.
All YEWŌ metals are sourced from reputable companies in the USA and South Africa.
They use sterling silver ear posts beneath the gold plate.
Minimal Waste: Metal scraps are saved, sorted, and reused.
Keeping your YEWŌ pieces shining for years to come:
1. Remove jewelry before rigorous physical activity, showering, or going to bed.
2. Store your jewelry in your YEWŌ cloth bag away from natural sunlight and heat.
3. You can polish your Gold Plated / Gold Filled pieces with a damp cloth (do not use jewelry cleaner on plated items)
4. YEWŌ materials don't mix well with moisture. Avoid contact with water, humidity, lotion and perfume.
5. The jewelry you are purchasing is made to last, but like most handmade items, it is delicate.

Shipping:

Unless otherwise indicated, all orders will ship within 1-3 business days from our location in Miami, FL. Express orders are expedited and shipped within 1 business day.

Economy orders, shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage, typically arrive in 1-5 business days based on destination. Express orders are sent via UPS Next Day Air and arrive within 1-2 business days.

Domestic economy shipping is free on orders over $100.

Returns:

We accept exchanges and returns, free of charge, within 30 days of the delivery date. Regular-priced items can be returned for store credit or exchange.

Any merchandise marked “sale” or “final sale” cannot be returned and are ineligible for exchange or store credit. This includes all jewelry (unless damaged), beauty, lingerie, swimwear, hats, and hair accessories. Items bought with store credit are final sale.

We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase.

All international orders and items marked as final sale are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
